2. Website Design & Development

7-Day Refund Window: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial deposit. After 7 days or once development work has begun, all payments are non-refundable.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of payment
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • Once design concepts are presented or development work begins, no refunds will be issued

3. Monthly Services

First-Time Subscriber Refund: First-time subscribers may request a refund within 7 days of the initial payment. After the 7-day window, all monthly service fees are non-refundable.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the initial payment
  • Subsequent monthly payments are non-refundable
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice
  • Service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle

4. Digital Marketing & Advertising

Pre-Launch Refund: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment and before any campaign launch. Once a campaign is launched, all fees are non-refundable.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of payment
  • No refunds will be issued once advertising campaigns have been launched
  • Third-party advertising platform fees are non-refundable
  • Strategy development fees are non-refundable once work begins

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Any request made after the specified refund window has passed
  • Services where work has already commenced or been completed
  • Advertising spend that has been deployed to platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.)
  • Third-party fees including domain registration, hosting fees, and software licenses
  • Custom work that has been delivered and accepted by the client
  • Services used or partially used by the client

6. How to Request a Refund

  • All refund requests will be reviewed and responded to within 5 business days

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

7. Disputed Charges

If you have a billing dispute, please contact us directly before disputing any charges with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing issues amicably and promptly.

Disputing charges without first contacting us may result in immediate termination of services and referral to collections.

8. Service Cancellations

You may cancel recurring services at any time by providing written notice. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

  • Monthly services: 30 days written notice required
  • Annual services: 60 days written notice required
  • No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused services
  • Outstanding balances must be paid in full upon cancellation
